Founded in 2015 on a simple belief: every person deserves the opportunity and support to thrive.

Our story
From one village to communities across Vhembe.
It began in Ha-Lambani, where our founder witnessed the devastating effect of limited access to education and employment opportunities.
Determined to make a difference, he brought together passionate people who shared a common vision: a world where every community has the resources to flourish. Today, Rifunze works with local organisations, community leaders and government partners to deliver programs that create genuine, measurable change.
We have grown, but our approach remains personal. We listen first, build with communities and stay focused on practical results that endure.
